Heidi works with anxiety, depression, major life transitions, including personal and work related relationships, traumatic events, loss, grief, stress, pet loss, and addiction.
Heidi creates a safe environment where change can be explored and pursued. She is compassionate and has a practical approach to therapy. Heidi is a skilful listener, perceptive of barriers or issues holding you back. She understands we are all human and will struggle at times.
Rachel Wilkinson
Counsellor, MA, ACA-L2
Rachel is a holistic therapist supporting youth and families with ADHD/ASD, anxiety and depression, LGBTQIA families. She works with couples to reconnect or facilitate peaceful mediation. Working holistically, she supports individuals to face life’s challenges with courage and enthusiasm.
Rachel is a Reiki Master and trainer. She offers the healing of reiki which supports the immune system, assists with pain management and stress as well as sleep and relaxation. If you are feeling stuck and looking to change but are uncertain of how to do this – reach out.
Meet Socks – Therapy Dog
Pet Support
Socks is an intuitive, trained therapy dog, creating a calm and welcoming environment. His quiet presence helps clients feel safe, grounded, and emotionally supported. Trained in providing emotional comfort and companionship, Socks assists clients in lessening anxiety, easing distress, and engaging fully in therapy sessions. He responds with warmth and patience, often sensing when someone needs a little extra reassurance.
Socks enjoys greeting clients, resting nearby during sessions, occasionally offering a soft paw or nudge when comfort is needed. He is fully trained, vaccinated, well-socialised, and adheres to hygiene and behavioural standards suitable in a clinical environment. For many, Socks represents safety, acceptance, and non-judgment, aligning beautifully with the values of compassion, trust, and healing that guide our practice.
